Since 2019, Simply Promotions has partnered with the Wiregrass team to transform their seasonal programming and build signature community events. What began with local Markets and a charity pumpkin patch grew into a multi-day, branded festival now known as The Autumn Festival.
The Challenge

- Organized three themed events throughout the festival, from live concerts to community-focused activations, maximizing appeal and attendance
- Developed visual identity and branding for a true Fall Festival experience, including a community-loved charity pumpkin patch
- Collaborated with the Pasco County Sheriff’s office for an integrated Community Day, deepening local partnerships and public engagement
- Symphony of Lights Launch Party:
- Supplied trusted event staff, ensuring seamless guest experiences and memorable interactions with festival visitors
